AIPP Monthly Conference Call

The AIPP/OLTC monthly conference call will be held on the second Tuesday of each month from 10:30 am - 11:00 am.

The conference call will be a "listening only" call. Due to the number of participants, each facility’s line will be muted after their initial dial-in. Please state the name of your facility, as well as, the number of participants from your facility (i.e., Nursing Home Name with 5 participants) when prompted by the operator and then put your phone on MUTE, not on hold.

We do not want to miss the opportunity to answer facilities questions or respond to the comments. So each month, we will provide a tracking page with each notice. All facilities are encouraged to submit the question/comment page via fax by the Friday following the call. The questions/comments page here.

Following the conference call, we will compile the minutes from the call with the questions/comments and a copy will be mailed to all facilities.

Each month the topic will change. The topics will be determined by the current training needs identified throughout the state and by the facilities requests for future topics.

How to participate:

Approximately 5 - 10 minutes before call is scheduled to begin:

  1. Call: 1-866-906-0123. When asked, enter the Participant Code. Operator will ask for your facility name and number of participants from your facility. Remember, if your phone has a MUTE button, use it to help eliminate the noise before the call begins.
